The MXL V87 Cardioid condenser microphone is a modestly priced recording and broadcast microphone for the project studio and home studio set-up. The microphone features a condenser element and low noise output stage that ensures pristine audio quality, its cardioid polar pattern is effective in rejecting off-axis noise and feedback. The V87 features a standard 3-pin XLR output, requires +48V phantom power and includes an aluminum case and shockmount.
