Speaker Stands

Speaker stands and mounts are a crucial element within the make-up of a good PA system; for although they may be seen as a simple component, without them the job of making the PA system sound good and being able to project the sound to the rear of the venue, becomes difficult.

Durable Speaker Mounts

Many PA manufacturers now also produce rugged, sturdy speaker stands specifically designed to take particular models of speakers. A popular choice is tubular steel poles that have what is commonly called a "Top Hat" adapter which is the flat plate and adapter that fits inside the base of the speaker enclosure.

Variable Heights

The steel poles are normally supplied with several holes near the top that have been drilled at differing heights, this provides the height adjustment for the positioning of the speaker enclosure which is held in place by inserting a steel pin into the required hole.
