Wharfedale PMX500 Complete PA System with 4-Channel mixer Amp & dual speaker enclosures

The Wharfedale Pro PMX 500 System provides you with everything you need to get up and running for a public performance. A PMX 500 System package comprises of a PMX 500 150 watt powered mixer, a pair of PTX-8 2-way loudspeakers, a DM1.0 handheld dynamic microphone and the necessary cables to connect the system. The Wharfedale PMX Series powered mixers are lightweight, compact and portable. Designed to be a perfect balance of portability and power the PMX Series are suitable for use in a wide range of portable sound applications. Everything you need to mix and amplify microphones and line level sources is included in one box, with an ergonomic carry handle to aid transportation. The one box concept speeds up your setup time and allows you to start your performance quicker than ever before.

The PMX500 features built in digital FX processing with 16 different settings, expanding your creativity and improving your sound quality without the need for additional expensive and often cumbersome processors. A 7 band graphic EQ allows fine tuning of the overall mix, tone or control feedback. There are 4 channels with have XLR and jack inputs which allow you to connect any type of microphone, instrument or line level signal. Each channel has a peak light, high and low EQ control, FX send level and channel level. Channel 5 has stereo RCA and a 1/4" jack input for any stereo sources such as keybards, CD or MP3 players. There is a master level control with LED outpur indicators as well as a main output jack to connect to another PA system or recording device. The main outputs use Speakon™/¼” jack Combi connections for maximum reliability and versatility. 

The pair of PTX-8 speakers handle 75 watts each and have and 8" bass driver and a high frequency horn for a compact sized cabinet with a good frequency response and clear sound. They have the standard 35mm speaker stand mounts on the base and 1/4" speaker jack inputs and are covered in durable black carpet. The system even includes a handheld dynamic microphone and cable as well. 

Setting up a PMX System has been designed to be simple even for absolute beginners. Ideal for any application requiring a small to mid sized PA system and ideally suited as a first band PA, acoustic duo's and musicians, educational and conference speech requirements.
