There's always an excited anticipation when two great contemporary icons join forces to share the best of what they both create ... Peavey, a renowned and credible long-standing musical instrument manufacturer, have collaborated with the great Marvel Comics - an iconic aspect of American culture -  Between them they have produced a range of electric and acoustic guitars that sport some of the most admired and colourful comic-book super-hero characters of the 20th century ....

The Peavey Rockmaster guitar is a no-nonsense, affordable electric guitar that will make every red-blooded teenager hanker to own their very own super-hero guitar ... Peavey have used good quality raw materials with a Basswood body, Maple neck and a 21 fret Rosewood Fretboard that has inlaid white dots as fret markers. The sound is created by a single dual-coil humbucking pick-up located at the bridge position that can be managed via seperate volume and tone control knobs ...

The Hardware on the Peavey Rockmaster features a fixed hard-tail bridge - in other words one that is devoid of a tremolo system, which means that the tuning should be more stable. Aside from the bridge Peavey have used good quality die-cast machine heads for smooth adjustment of string tuning whilst the volume and tone pots are like the rest of the hardware - finished in Chrome.

And now for the best bit ... The fabulously colourful Super-Hero graphics that adorn each instrument, these are mostly set against a black background just like the Incredible Hulk example shown here - The graphics look resplendent against the black background and indeed this really brings out the colour to make this an eye catching instrument ... All that's missing are a few "word" bubbles with slogans such as "Whoosh ..." or "Ker-Bam ..." written in block lettering to conjure the swash-buckling charms of these super-heroes.
