Here?s a new release from Epiphone that, lucky me, gets to try before it hits the high street. Worry not its due in store very soon, and if I were you I?d start to form an orderly queue now.
The guitar features a carved bound Maple top with a Mahogany body. Mahogany is again chosen for the ?50s carve? set neck which has a Rosewood fret board fitted with 22 jumbo frets and Trapezoid block inlays. The classic back angled Epiphone headstock is home to 3 a side precision die cast tuners.
Power comes via two Alnico classic humbucker?s, all controlled with the usual compliment of two tone and two volume controls, plus a 3 way toggle pick up selector switch. The bridge is a vintage style wrap-around unit. To complete the look we get cream plastic parts and nickel plated hardware.
