Product Information
Here's the latest Guitar Multi-Effects processor offering from Boss - namely the Boss GT-10 Effects Processor, it features the latest generation DSP (Digital Signal Processor) engine that the manufacturers claim offers significant improvements over previous versions in sound quality, features and the user interface.
One of the many benefits to this new model is the Boss EZ Tone parameter which is an interface that allows you to create new customised tones very quickly by visually guiding you through the editing process via on screen instructions.
The GT-10 also comes loaded with innovative features that include a 40 second phrase loop that allows the user to audition the sound whilst listening to the riff. Other features include a Parallel effects chain plus new USB & MIDI capabilities via the appropriate interfaces. This also means that data can be transferred to a PC, Mac or hard disk recorder via the USB port on the rear of the unit.
The pedal board itself comprises 8 pedal type switches and a Volume/Wah shift-able pedal. The controls and editing parameters are visible via the LCD Screen and LED lights situated at the appropriate locations, and are adjusted via intuitive rotary control knobs. The GT-10 is also built to last and its rugged and sturdy design should easily manage with the rigours of a busy life on the road ...

Reviews
This is without doubt the flagship effects processor from Boss, it holds a massive amount of effects with 200 preset effects and a further 200 user patches, Boss claim its their best ever sounding guitar mult-effects unit ...
So how does it actually sound ... ? Well you can hear and judge for yourself by accessing a video demonstration clip here. But what I can say is that after spending a few hours in its company it pretty much has all bases covered from crystal shimmering chorus sounds through to the most metal-headed shredding molten mayhem that you can imagine ... and calls at all stations in-between.
The parameters provided use proprietary COSM technology to let you select the minutest detail such as what type of pick-ups you'd like to incorporate into your custom designed patch. There are a myriad of choices to help you to dial in your sweet-spot tone and all sounds are offered in glorious 24 bit DA conversion. The EZ tone function that walks the player through patch finding and editing via an on-screen menu is an absolute godsend, and makes patch customisation an absolute doddle ...
So if you can't find what you're looking for here then I doubt that it exists ... the Boss GT10 is now in stock at Nevada Music, so don't miss this excellent opportunity to be one of the first to check this brilliant new guitar multi-effects unit out ...
