The Engl Invader is a 100 watt amp head that has 4 (yes that's right ... 4 ...) channels with 8 different gain stages and seperate 3-band EQ on each of the channels ...
The upshot of all of this is an incredibly versatile amplifier for rock, metal or blues and an ability to dial-in your finely honed sweet-spot to acheive that killer distortion sound. Other goodies included on the Invader E642 are an in-built noise gate to control your monster-style distortion, 2 x Parallel FX Loops, MIDI IN/THRU, Speaker outs 2 x 4, 2 x 8, 1 x 16 ohms, Tuner Out & Pre-Amp Out, Line Out for Power Amp connectivity and a series of Jack inputs for the optional ENGL Z-9 footswitch,ENGL Z-4 or Z-3 footswitches.
