Roland PD105 BK 10" Dual Trigger Mesh Pad
Roland is famous for and has much experience with V-drums, producing some of the most popular V-Drum kits on the market today. With ever expanding knowledge and technology Roland have been able to create some of the most sensitive V-drum pads available. The PD105BK is one of these pads, making most use of their experience, Roland have created this pad with a new sensor mechanism for more accurate triggering and the latest dual-triggering technology giving more even and accurate sensing between head and rim. I hear you sigh as you’ve already bought your Roland V-drum kit without these pads!? But fear not these can be used as a direct replacement for your old pads.
Connection and Dual Triggering
The PD105 is simply to install onto your kit, just a case off unplugging the old pad and plugging in the new one. The PD105 is a dual trigger pad which means it uses a stereo jack cable for connection, if connected via a mono cable then you will not be able to use the rim shot feature, so ensure you use a stereo cable and that your equipment supports it.

Roland’s Mesh pads are very popular among the V drummers we encounter in the shop, they provide a more “realistic” response than their predecessors and have greater sensitivity. Simple and easy to mount and install these come highly recommended as a new pad or simply a replacement.
