Delivery

We will endeavour to ship in stock products the same day if ordered before 12 noon, or the following working day. Should an item be out of stock, you will be contacted within 3 (three) working days and given the option to wait for the item, choose an alternative or cancel for a full refund.

Nevada currently use Parcel Force, City Link and Fed Ex for deliveries.

Orders will be shipped to the payment card billing address on the online order form, and the goods will need to be signed for on receipt. If you need the goods to be delivered to an alternative delivery address, we will require a landline daytime contact telephone number.

On receipt of your delivery, please check that the packaging is not damaged and sign for goods as “unchecked”. Please ensure that someone will be in to receive the goods - Parcel Force will attempt to deliver the goods twice, and other couriers only once. The courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. Goods not delivered will remain at the local depot for 10 days, and if they are not collected, will be returned back to us. We reserve the right to charge for any redelivery that has to be arranged.

Delivery Charge

Orders with a value below £195 will be charged at a flat rate of £5.95. Orders with a value over £195 will be shipped free of charge unless the item has a delivery surcharge applied. This will be shown against the product and applies to some bulky items.

Delivery charges apply to UK mainland addresses only.  For any other destination we will contact you to advise the appropriate charge for delivery.
Delivery times cannot be fixed, and will be anytime between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. A 'Saturday AM' delivery can be arranged at extra cost but this is not a guaranteed service.

International Delivery

If you are outside of Mainland UK, the Checkout system will show the Delivery Charge for your order as 'TBC'. We will then contact you with our best shipping price, and you may choose to accept the total price or cancel your order.

Nevada is not responsible for taxes and/or duties that may be applicable when delivering to countries outside the EU.

Transit Damage and Missing Items

Most orders are shipped by courier and are insured by Nevada against loss or damage until signed for and accepted by the customer. It is the Customers responsibility to inspect the delivery for any external damage before accepting it. Should the delivery box(es) look badly damaged, please refuse to accept the goods.

Once the goods have been accepted by the customer, please open them and check the contents for missing or damaged items. Any problem must be reported to Nevada by email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Ordering

Nevada retains the right to reject any offer to purchase, made either by online order, telephone, email or any other method. Order acceptance and completion of the contract will only take place on the dispatch of any goods ordered by the customer.

Nevada reserves the right to reject the offer of purchase and cancel the order for any of the following reasons:

  • We are unable to obtain satisfactory payment authorisation
  • We are unable to deliver to a specific location or country
  • We are unable to confirm or verify your address information
  • The item you have ordered is out of stock
  • There is an error in the product, image, description or pricing, whether it is online, email, verbal or printed. 

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel an order or item before the goods have been fully or partially dispatched. A full refund will be issued within 7 days. Should the item be a special order, you will be subject to a cancellation charge and receive a partial refund.

Discount Codes

You may use one promotional discount code per order. We reserve the right to deny abuse of the discount system via multiple applications of identical or similar offers.

Discount codes are valid for in-stock items only. While every effort is made to maintain accurate stock levels on this website, if we discover that one or more items are out of stock upon processing your order, it may not be possible for us to supply the goods at the discounted price. If this is the case, you will be notified as soon as possible.

 

Suitability

Nevada cannot or does not in any form, guarantee the suitability of goods for a specific purpose. It will be the customers’ responsibility to ensure that they check specifications, sizes and any compatibility requirements before purchasing the product.

Software that has been opened cannot be accepted for return unless the product is proved defective under the manufacturer terms and conditions.

Due to Health and Safety restrictions we are unable to accept the return of any product such as microphones, headphones or any item which has been in contact with the mouth, nose or ears unless the goods are faulty within the warranty period.

Nevada does not sell any goods on a trial basis.

Warranty

Unless stated otherwise, all products are covered by the manufacturers 12 month (unless specified otherwise) “return to base” Warranty. This means that the customer will be responsible to return the item to Nevada and we will return the repaired or replacement item back to you.

Exceptions to the warranty will be “consumables” such as strings, bulbs, or valves which have a 90 day warranty or any damage to the item through accident or improper use.

Returning unwanted or incorrect ordered items

If within 14 days of receipt of the goods you wish to return them, please contact us in writing by email, fax or letter that you wish to return an item. We will then contact you with a returns authorisation number.

The customer will be responsible to ensure the safe return of the goods but we advise that you retain any proof of posting for the return. Alternatively Nevada can arrange to have the goods collected but the customer is responsible for the direct cost of collection by Nevada. The cost will be £10 for a single package up to 30Kg. You must ensure that reasonable care has been taken of the goods and must return it with all original packaging all accessories and manuals in their original condition.

We will refund the purchase price of the item in full within 30 days of the goods being received and checked by Nevada. Delivery charges are not refundable.

The customer is not entitled to a full refund of the product purchase price if they have not taken reasonable care of the goods prior to cancellation of the contract. Reasonable care includes returning the goods with all accessories, cables or manuals nor should the goods, internal or external packaging  be damaged in any way.

Returning Faulty Items

Nevada must be informed of the fault in writing by email, fax or letter before returning the goods. Once we have received your notification, we will contact you with a returns authorisation number.

If you have had the goods less than 60 days we will arrange to collect the goods, the customer must ensure that the goods are suitably packed for shipping as Nevada cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs in transit due to inadequate packaging.

Once we have received the goods they will be repaired or replaced and returned to you. Should we or the manufacturer be unable to repair the item within 30 days of receipt we will offer the customer a choice of a refund or an alternative product equivalent.

Should an item become faulty after the 60 day period, Nevada can arrange collection at cost to the customer which is £10 for any single item up to 30Kg in weight.

The customer can choose their own method of returning goods to us but please make sure that the goods are suitably insured for shipping.

Limitations of Liability

Nevada will not be liable to you for any damages in circumstances where:

  • There is no breach of any legal duty owed to you by us, our employees or agents.
  • Any such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any breach.
  • Any increase in loss or damage which has resulted in breach by the customer of any term of this contract.
