If you know what we're talking about (or even if you're lucky enough not to!), then we've got some good news for you: on top of our incredible discounts, you can now get even more for your money with our unique Loyalty Points scheme!

With every purchase you make, you'll earn Loyalty Points, which can in turn be exchanged for money off anything on the site, vouchers, and great discounts on future orders.

Sounds great! How do I start earning points?

Every pound you spend with us earns a point. Plus, look out for selected products and promotions that offer Bonus Points, too - with double, triple or even more points up for grabs, these can quickly boost your points balance!

Each product clearly shows how many loyalty points are on offer, and the Shopping Basket will easily total these up for you, indicating how many points your order will earn you.

You can also earn additional points as a thankyou for placing a big order with us, or for writing a product review that gets published on the site.

Points are automatically added to your account once we despatch your order - don't worry if you don't already have an account, we'll create one for you when you place your first order. All you have to do is sign in with the same e-mail address next time you visit, and your points will be there waiting to be spent on the latest object of your affections (or maybe just a new set of strings!)

How can I check how many points I've earnt?

Easy - just sign in to your account by going to the Checkout, or clicking My Account at the top of any page.

Your points balance is then shown in the Shopping Basket, Checkout, and in the 'Loyalty Points & Order History' section of My Account.

Brilliant, I've earned loads of points...What are they worth, and how do I spend them?

Every single point (including the thousands of Bonus Points available across the site) earns you a penny off any purchase so in no time at all, you can quickly build up a massive discount to use on anything you like!

Paying for part (or all) of your order with Loyalty Points couldn't be easier. In the first stage of the Checkout process, just click 'Spend' next to the Loyalty Card image, choose how many points you want to spend, and then hit Redeem.

The remaining amount payable (if anything) is shown - you can choose to spend more or less points, or finally hit Confirm and see your basket total plummet...and that's all there is to it. Great, isn't it?
