1 What methods of payment do you accept?
We will accept most Credit/Debit Cards, either securely online, over the phone, by fax or mail. If you wish to pay by cheque, bank transfer or another method please contact us first and we can arrange an order form.

2 How do I order online?
We have designed the site to make ordering online easy. You can choose the products you want to purchase by clicking the 'add to basket' button next to the chosen item. Products that are in your basket will be shown in the top right of the website. When you are happy with your selection you can click on the 'proceed to checkout' button.

3 How do I know it is safe to shop online with you?
When you reach the point at which sensitive information needs to be passed to us, you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser window advising you that you are entering a secure area. All sensitive information is encrypted on a 128bit Secure Socket Layer Server. We guarantee that our site is 100% secure. However, if you would still like to place an order over the phone that's not a problem!

4 How will I know my order has been received?
You will automatically be sent a confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes of placing your order.

5 What do I do if I find the same offering for cheaper elsewhere?
Telephone us and we will usually beat or match the price depending on the type of equipment.

7 What sort of guarantee do you offer?
All items have a minimum of a one year warranty. However, some of our products have extra warranties which give you added peace of mind at no extra cost. Extended warranties are with the manufacturer and products must be registered with them to activate any extended warranty.

8 What happens if I don't like the product I have ordered?
If you're not happy with a product you have ordered you can return it for a refund. You will need to contact us first within 7 working days of receiving the product and we will send you the returns information. Please note we will require you to pay the costs of delivery back to us.
