  • Delivery on mainland UK orders over £195.00 will be FREE!
  • For all other mainland UK orders, the delivery will be charged at £5.95

NB: Some items such as pianos, drum kits, amplifiers and speakers may incur an additional carriage - these items clearly show the delivery charge above the 'Add To Basket' button.

If the item you require is in stock, we will usually send the goods out the same day, provided the order is received before 12 noon. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days - there's no 'Allow 28 Days For Delivery' here!

We use Parcel Force for the delivery of small items, and national couriers for larger goods. All deliveries are insured, so please ensure that somebody will be available at the delivery address to sign for your order.


Collect From Store

You are also welcome to collect your item in person - just select the 'Collect from Store' option during the checkout process (no Delivery Charge will be added).

As with a normal order, you will be asked to supply card details for payment. You will need to bring your card with you to the store as proof of identity. You will also be asked to provide delivery details, simply in case you later request us to deliver your order, if you are unable to collect.

When collecting your order, simply print out the confirmation form and present it to a member of staff, who will then locate your item from our stock. If an Item you have ordered is Out of Stock We will inform you as soon as we can. If you are happy to wait, we will keep you abreast of the estimated delivery details, so that you can keep track of your goods.


Orders outside of Mainland UK

For all orders outside of Mainland UK, the cost of delivery will be listed as 'To Be Confirmed' (TBC). We will then shop around to find you the best delivery price available.

You will be contacted regarding delivery costs shortly after placing your order, and no payment will be taken until we receive confirmation that you are entirely satisfied with your order and the delivery charge. Nevada Music will not make any profit from the eventual cost of delivery and the quoted price will include insurance.

Remember that if you are ordering from outside of the EU (European Union), your order may be subject to additional customs charges.
