Showroom Model

Showroom Model items have been on display in our showroom and may have been used for demonstration purposes. These ex-display products include a full 12-month warranty and come supplied with original documentation. From time to time, our display model may get damaged or show slight sign of wear. Any significant damage will be shown and mentioned in the product's photos and description. Please note that 'Showroom Model' items may not be supplied in their original packaging.

B-Stock

'B-Stock' products are items that have either been opened and returned to us by a customer, are damaged, or have been repaired. Any significant damage will be shown in the product's photos and description. If there is no mention of damage on a product page, assume that a 'B-Stock' item will arrive in 'As New' condition. Unless stated, all of our 'B-Stock' items include a full 12 month warranty and come supplied with original documentation. Please note that 'B-Stock' items may not be supplied in their original packaging.
