Traben Phoenix 4 String Electric Bass Guitar Blood Red

Could the Traben Phoenix 4 string bass guitar become a timeless classic? The Phoenix 4 could easily turn into one of the iconic, easily recognisable Traben designs. The Phoenix 4 is a real looker ... not to mention delivering a large slice of bass flexibility and power thanks to both a single coil J-type bass pick-up and a Hum-bucker on board that will suit a diverse range of musical genres.

The decorative Flame inlays that sweep up the Rosewood neck and a brilliant chrome plated flame effect Bigger Bridge, set a dramatic visual tone which is perfectly complemented by the sensuous blood Red finish shown here?.. Traben?s larger Basswood body design coupled with the resonant bridge to body contact via the Bolt-on Maple neck means that the Phoenix provides great looks with a thunderous sound to rock the house ...

Traben basses are made in California - a stylish place for stylish people and the cosmetic style certainly shines through on this Traben Blood Red Phoenix 4 model. The combination of the blood red body and chrome plated flame design certainly catches the eye and is sure to receive wolf-whistles from admiring bassists ...

I was lucky enough to try the Traben range at the recent LIMS (London International Music Show) event in the summer and was impressed by their build quality, the necks and general sound, and even the way that they hung when played wiith a strap - these are some of the most comfortable basses I've played.

They also sound pretty darned good too, in fact when the guy on the Traben stand told me how much these basses were retailing for I had to ask "Are you sure that's correct ...?" Truth is, the Traben Phoenix 4 bass looks and feels like an instrument that should sell for a lot more than it actually does ... I like Traben basses and I hope you will too ... but there's only one way to find that out ... pay a visit to the Nevada Music Warehouse to check out the range ...
