The body is carved from a single piece of Maple and precision fitted with a solid back, whilst the Maple neck features dual truss rods and a Rosewood fretboard with dot inlays. Twin single-coil pickups deliver a clean and resonant 12 string guitar sound that instantly transports the user back to those sad, glad rhymes of the swinging sixties ...

This will probably never be a main guitar for someone but certainly a handy one to have next to the amp on a guitar stand - particularly if you're in a Beatles or Byrds tribute band. There's someting about the slight irregularity in pitch between the strings - that are tuned in octaves, that provides a bright shimmering chorus type sound to this Rickenbacker ...
It really nails that jingle-jangle rhythm sound from those early sixties pop-tunes and you'll be tempted to play your way through your repetoire of Beatles, Who and Yardbirds tunes just to amaze yourself at how authentic this guitar sounds ...
It's beautifully finished and the chrome perfectly contrasts the black and white body of the guitar, the neck is surprisingly slim for a 12 string model but there's still a reasonable amount of space for finger movement on the fret board. This baby ain't cheap but it is a thing of rare beauty and comes with a plush case .... see it at the Nevada Music Warehouse.
