The Mk II version of the Orange Rockerverb 100 watt all-valve amp head is sure to interest tone-hounds everywhere... As well as the Rockerverb Mk II being a damned fine all-valve guitar amplifier, those clever chaps at Orange have now produced a gizmo that will automatically bias and optimise your output valves for maximum tone (and volume!!)

The Orange DIVO system (Dynamic Intelligent Valve Optimisation) sits within the amplifier and monitors the performance of the valves, ensuring that they're permanently running at their optimal level of performance. It can also allow you to mix and match different valves, plus the DIVO system will set up and bias any new configuration of valves - no more trips to the amp tech for new valves! With the help of the optional Orange footswitch, you can even switch between pairs of valves to modify or change the sound for specific effect... marvellous!

As far as the amp itself is concerned, the Mk II Rockerverb continues in much the same vein as the original - it's an all-valve affair, offering 100 Watts class A/B amplification, with both a clean and dirty channel. Both channel and the on-board reverb are foot-switchable. Each channel has 3-band EQ, and 4x ECC83 Pre-amp valves, 4x EL34 Power Valves and 2x ECC81 Reverb/FX Loop Valves as standard. There's also a dedicated FX Loop, whilst the speaker outputs are either 1x 16 Ohm or 2x 8 Ohm...
