Line 6

In the mid 1990s Line 6 was formed to meet the needs of today's guitarist by blending technology and tone. They have meticulously gathered a huge collection of vintage amplifiers and set about reproducing the sounds through the use of state of the art technology. 

The first model, the AxSys 212 was launched in 1996 and this was a revelation to the whole music industry as nothing like it existed. Since then, Line 6 has produced a wide range of amps and the famous kidney bean shaped POD. Never becoming complacent, new products are regularly released, one of the most recent being the Pocket POD.
