Vox

This producer of musical equipment was once based in the UK, but is now onwed by the Japanese firm Korg. Vox originated in 1956 and in 1958 the 15-watt Vox AC15 amplifier was launched. In 1959 with musicians clamoring for more powerful amplification Vox produced what was essentially a double-powered AC15 and named it the AC30.
