Trace Elliot AH600-12 600 Watt Bass Amplifier Head
The Trace Elliot AH600-12 is a 600W amplifier head with a 12 band graphic equalizer, and it could be suggested that this amplifier is for the serious bassist. The highly efficient output stage uses MOSFET technology and also has a valve driver stage for signal pre-conditioning.
The 12 band EQ means that this amplifier provides more control, more sound and more power and there are six foot-switchable features that include, Pre-shape(for that classic Trace sound), Valve (to add valve warmth or overdrive), or simply the traditional 12 band classic Trace Elliot graphic equalizer.
In addition to this the AH600-12 features a dual band compressor with seperate controls for each hi and lo bands, a sophisticated effects loop with hi-pass/lo-pass/full range outputs, left & right mono returns and a series/parallel switch with loop level control, and finally an output mute which mutes all outputs except for the tuner out.
But hang on ... there's even more good stuff to please the discerning bassist such as electronically balanced XLR DI outputs for Pre EQ and Post Pre-amp left and right, left and right jack line outputs, MOSFET technology and two valve driver stages for signal pre-conditioning before the power stage.
