The Highway One Strat has all the style and features of the ultimate classic Fender Stratocaster at an amazingly affordable price.
The Solid Alder body has a very thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish which lets the body grain and natural tone appear through the finish. This also gives the guitar a vintage look straight out the box and it will age and wear-in over time. Available in flat black, three colour sunburst, daphne blue, honey blonde & transparent wine.
The Neck
All of the colours are available with a rosewood or maple necks. Rose wood provides a harder wearing finger board and adds warmth to the sound or a maple neck will add that classic Fender sparkle. The new Highways are equipped with jumbo frets just like the US version, so it’s easier to define those higher notes
Pickups
The pickups are now three Hot Single-Coil Strat pickups with alnico three magnets and reverse wound/reverse polarity middle pickup. The new pick ups are intended to give the guitar a more vintage sound whilst at the same time integrating with modern hi-gain amps and sounds.
