The Raspberry Red colour has proved to be one of the most popular finishes in this range and it really does look stylish. Overall the Pacifica is a fantastic sounding and extremely versatile guitar. It provides the searing power of the hum-bucker complete with coil-tap option by pulling up the volume knob, or the mellow twang of the single coil Alnico pickups.

Along with the inclusion of the tremolo system and jumbo frets, it pretty much matches everything the Fender S-type guitar has. At a very affordable price this guitar is a bargain for any guitar player, whether they are a beginner or a seasoned professional and at well under £200 I am astounded that Yamaha can produce a guitar that plays this well and sounds this good.
