Compressor Pedal Operation
A compressor processes your guitar signal, boosts the lower volume levels and then reduces the higher levels, resulting in a much more even volume. This can be used by you to give punch and bite to your tone (sounds great for country twang or rock n’ roll) or to give you the effect of added sustain to your lead sound. Unlike some other compressors on the market, the CS-3 does this without degrading the original sound quality.
