The TAMA Superstar kits are the type of products that really do wear their hearts on their sleeves, - what you see is what you get. Not only are they a great looking kit, but are also incredibly stable for all those drummers that like to "dig in".

Birch has always been a winning choice for the construction of drums, essentially because as a raw material Birch is so adaptable and versatile. It can be loud when you need it to be, but it also adds a brightness to the drum resonance that other materials struggle to reproduce...

TAMA as a company have produced fine drum and percussion products for many years now and historically have had some high profile endorsees, however the Superstar kit will probably appeal to existing drummers looking to upgrade rather than beginners and novices.
