If the item you require is in stock it will be dispatched same day 99% of the time, Monday - Friday, provided the order is received before noon.

We use Parcelforce for the delivery of small items and national couriers for larger goods.

If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will keep you abreast of the estimated delivery details so you can keep track of your goods.

If you find that any item(s) purchased from our music store does not meet your requirements we will be happy to exchange or refund the cost of the goods to you.

Provided that the item(s) are returned to us within 7 days of receipt and in all the original packaging, any unwanted or damaged goods can be exchanged or refunded with a minimum of fuss.

All you have to do is get in touch with us via email or telephone and we will provide you with a returns number and delivery details.

We also appreciate that although rare it is possible for items to be damaged in transit. We will happily replace or repair any damaged goods - all we ask is that you report the damage to us within 2 days of receiving the delivery.

Get It First - Pre-Order from Nevada Music

We have a limited quantity of this product on its way to us. By placing a Pre-Order, you can relax safe in the knowledge that you've secured yours!

Once all our Pre-Order stock has been sold, the Pre-Order button becomes unavailable, so you can buy with confidence that we've got enough stock on order to supply you.

The countdown on the product page shows you when we're expecting our stock to arrive. We despatch Pre-Orders as soon as we receive stock, so you'll typically receive your goods 1-2 working days after the date shown.

Important things to remember:

Because of the way card payments must be processed, we are required to take payment up-front for Pre-Orders. However, you can change your mind at any time until the goods are despatched to you - just call or e-mail us, and we'll cancel your order and refund the full amount.

Due to circumstances outside our control, occasionally we may not receive all of our stock on the expected date. This rarely happens, but if it does, Pre-Orders are sent out on a first-come-first-served basis, and if you're affected you will be contacted so you can decide if you want to wait.
