Delivery: £3.95 to UK Mainland on all orders under £150
If we say an item is in stock, we mean it!
If the item you require is in stock it will be dispatched same day 99% of the time, Monday - Friday, provided the order is received before noon.
We use Parcelforce for the delivery of small items and national couriers for larger goods.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will keep you abreast of the estimated delivery details so you can keep track of
your goods.

For a hassle-free online shopping experience Nevada Music is happy to offer customers a no quibble returns policy.
If you find that any item(s) purchased from our music store does not meet your requirements we will be happy to exchange or refund
the cost of the goods to you.
Provided that the item(s) are returned to us within 7 days of receipt and in all the original packaging, any unwanted or damaged
goods can be exchanged or refunded with a minimum of fuss.
All you have to do is get in touch with us via email or telephone and we will provide you with a returns number and delivery
details.
We also appreciate that although rare it is possible for items to be damaged in transit. We will happily replace or repair any
damaged goods - all we ask is that you report the damage to us within 2 days of receiving the delivery.
